Hi there! I am Ben Green. I am 24. Two years ago I came to live in New York. Before that I lived with my parents and younger sister in Quincy, Massachusetts. I was born in 1978 in San Francisco, California. In 1985 our family moved to Quincy as my Dad Mr. George Green inherited the house and the gas station of his uncle there.

My advantages
I was a good student at high school. I was keen on learning foreign languages. I speak Spanish and French fluently. At school I was very good at physics and mathematics. I finished high school in 1996 and went to study economics and accounting at Harvard University. I was qualified as an economist in 2000. Right after my graduation I found a job in Flushing, New York as an accountant in Business Services, Inc. Now I have some experience and I would like to find a job in a bigger company. I have been happy working as an accountant for Business Services, Inc. for about two years, but I feel the time is right to make a change. I am keen to mix with a larger number of professionals in my field and look forward to learning new skills from my peers.

In July, our family headed North to Maine as my sister and I had a short vacation at that time. We spent time in Booth Bay Harbor and then ferried out to the Shaffers for 3 great days on Squirrel Island where we went boating and fishing. In the evening Dad and me refined our card techniques and the ladies watch TV. Then we went to Bangor to visit family and stay at a beautiful inn.

At the end of August our parents took their first vacation without Jane and me. According to them it was strange at first, but oh so relaxing! For seven wonderful days they lived on the Norwegian Majesty. They cruised to Bermuda, they went shopping, they snorkeled, and they ate. They ate a lot. Delicious food was available around the clock. They also had a favorite piano bar, where they could relax and listen to some quiet music. Now they are looking for their next cruise in 2003.
